Every day procedures

Our number one rule is "to finish the job we have started as soon as possible". As home owners we understand how frustrating it is to have a construction project drag for longer than it should, that is why we do not open new jobs until the current one has been completed. We stick to that rule as much as we possibly can. 

We all know that roofing is a hell of a messy job. It is due to the very heavy wight of the material being removed combined with gravity. While we can't keep all debris from falling to the ground, we can move your outdoor furniture to a safe place. We can cover your plants and walk ways and protects your doors an decorations by using tarps and plywood as required. We use magnets and rakes to remove as many nails as we can from driveways and lawns. This helps minimize collateral damage to your property.

No mater the kind of job we are doing, we try to keep the work area organized. It is not only safer but it looks very good on your neighbours' eyes. It makes good business sense. 

Warranty 

We offer a 10 Year Workmanship Warranty. This would cover the cost of  repair to the product which we have installed should it be ruined by winds of up to 100km/h, or defects of installation which may cause leaks or if the product is not working properly.

We carry WSIB and liability insurance to make sure you will not be held responsible for any mishap on the job site (its in our best interest not to have any of those).
